Having served as Director, HR at Respironics during time of tremendous growth in the medical device industry, to Vice President of HR at Family Hospice & Palliative Care during a time of stringent regulatory and reimbursement challenges resulting in business turnaround, to Director of HR at UPMC during a merger and acquisition, Monica enjoys dynamic environments facing challenges or change.
