Monica is CEO of HR Help4You and has a 20 year career of demonstrated successes in both key contributor and leadership roles in human resources and executive leadership. Having served as Director, HR at Respironics during time of tremendous growth in the medical device development and manufacturing market, to Vice President of HR at Family Hospice & Palliative Care during a time of stringent regulatory and reimbursement challenges resulting in business turnaround, to Director of HR at UPMC during a merger and acquisition, Monica is able to contribute broad business expertise and best practices to areas primarily in HR, but also in other functional areas where people are key to the success. Her style is upbeat, direct and positive with the ability to read situations and people well, while implementing best solutions with her timely quality of decisions. She has a BA Communications from University of Pittsburgh, MA HR from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Certificate HR from University of California at Irvine. As an entrepreneur and businesswoman, Monica founded the company in order to balance work and family responsibilities and has a built a team of consultants who value working hard while having flexibility from a traditional work environment as they deliver human resource services to companies in all industries and of all sizes.
As a Human Resources Business Consultant, Lynn brings human resources generalist and senior level human resources experience in profit and non-profit businesses. Lynn has a proven track record of aligning human resources strategy and programs to enable companies to achieve business objectives.
Lynn experience includes 10 years in the medical device industry at MEDRAD, (now Bayer Healthcare) where she was responsible for competency development, staffing and recruiting and compensation and benefits. During that time, MEDRAD was a two-time recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige Award.
Prior to MEDRAD, she held continuous improvement position at Roadway Package System (now FedEx Ground) and consulting position with Towers Perrin (Towers Watson).
After MEDRAD, she held consulting positions and Director of Human Resources of Family Resources.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Human Resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business.

Dawn is an HR/Recruiting Consultant who has over 10 years of experience dedicated to staffing and recruiting, working with clients and candidates to establish relationships and find the perfect employment match. She has placed line, manager, and c-suite level employees in various industries including real estate, telecommunications, advertising/marketing, and construction services. She has a BS in Education from Penn State University. Her dynamic style and upbeat approach makes for a positive client and candidate experience.
With over 8 years of human resources experience focused in recruitment and HR coordination, Angie serves as a Staffing Consultant. She has a BS in Marketing/HR from Franklin University. Her expertise has been focused in healthcare industries and customer service organizations where she was integrated into large talent acquisition functions in corporate or satellite locations. Angie demonstrates a positive interpersonal style that provides efficient and appropriate results.
As an HR Administrative Consultant, Kelly has 15 years of administrative experience with a focus on payroll and billing. She has a BS in Education from California University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in non-profit and for-profit industries in both physician offices, healthcare, and service industries. Kelly is meticulous for follow through and doing the right thing.
April is an HR/Benefits Consultant and has over 12 years experience in human resources in a generalist role with a focus on benefits administration and staffing at healthcare and non-profit organizations. She has a BS in Human Resource Management from Robert Morris University, and HR designations of PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional). April is skilled in Benefits Administration, Employment Life Cycle, HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems, Employee and Labor Relations and Leave of Absence Management. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and timely results are an asset to any project.
